Agreement is a wonderful thing. especially if there are a large amount of people who are involved in one. when this happens the end result could be called many things, one of which i will use as community. see a lot of what keeps people going strong in Crossfit is the community which forms between each class, there is a certain strength that is formed between people who push themselves to the limit with others who agree to do the same. if only this sweet fellowship happened all over lifes struggles! so here is the question; are you being someone who is encouraging people to succeed at life today? or are you one of the ones who will never come in to sacred agreement, the agreement to succeed. you have the choice today. are you going to be one who gives light to the world around you, ever increasing, ever growing? or will you stay complacent? i beg you to enter into agreement with me today to be more, to be free to live life the way it was given to be made and to give that life away free of charge to those who need that very same freedom. as Paul said in scripture "it is for freedom you have been set free." rejoice in this and allow this freedom to consume us from the inside out! agree with those around you to embrace this freedom whole heartedly so that we can become true community!

pushing on

at crossfit the most dangerous opponent is often yourself. after a certain point of acheiving fitness it no longer comes a situation of not being able to perform, but simply the will to overcome what the mind is wanting to make shut down. we as people have crazy amounts of potential and we have even crazyer odds of never finding it. how far will you search, how hard will you push yourself to truly find how far your true strength stretches out. the sweet Lord created you with courage and a heart dont make the mistake of using it only to 50% of its max. doing amazing guys keep it up!
