we have been having great wod's and lots of improvement. be sure to keep your nutrition dialed in, it is key in the broad realm of fitness and wellness. you must keep up your energy levels. amidst all that keep up the good work guys.
my name is terrel and i am a crossfit trainer. throughout highschool i was always into athletics, however, it was afterwards that i truly began to explore my true athleticism. finding most of my passion in the weight room but also longing to keep and excel my agility. i longed for something very hard core. at the end of 2007 i went to a workout expo where my sister was working in Austin, and that day recieved a butt whooping that hooked me on to an intense world of fitness known as crossfit. since then i have been completely motivated to achieve fitness at the crossfit level. since then i have gone to california to get a class 1 certification in cross fit and been training and workingout as much as possible. i welcome you to come and experience true fitness in this world of crossfit with me.
